The Six Top Tips

Here are some of the secrets to Transforming your body in a short time. I’ll list them in what I consider is the order of importance;

1. Set a goal. Make it a bite-sized one, over a short term and easy to achieve. While you are about it, set a 12 week goal. In what shape would you like to see yourself in 12 weeks?


2. Join a gym. Preferably one that can provide you with a Physical Trainer who is an expert in this programme. At Club Physical, we include comprehensive information and a free booklet on the programme. But any good gym will give you the structure and support to see your goal become a reality.

3. Involve a friend. It always works well when your partner in ‘transformation’ is your spouse. After all, it’s so hard to become more disciplined when those closest to you wave chocolate bars in your face or delight you with a meal of fish and chips!

4. Become interested in better nutrition. A good, healthy breakfast is one of the keys. This is often skipped by clients we see at Club Physical, so the chances are this includes you! So you need to become more knowledgeable about what good food choices really are. Avoid trusting what labels tell you! We actually take our clients for a tour of a supermarket to point out what foods to avoid and which ones to stock up on.

5. If you are really serious about transforming your body, get used to the idea of exercising EVERY DAY. Don't debate this concept. Accept it and 'Just do it! Every workout doesn’t have to be in a gym. An hour’s brisk walk is equally as good.

6. Finally, when you achieve your wonderful result, with your friends all telling you how ‘different’ you look, avoid defeating the purpose by ‘pigging out’. The ‘Transformation’ is about learning better lifestyle habits. This routine is not only one for life, but one that will ADD LIFE!
